Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a supervisory leader to guide the store team during the absence of management. You will oversee daily operations, assign tasks, and ensure the crew executes opening and closing procedures smoothly.

You will represent management in resolving customer service issues, complete mandatory trainings, and contribute to maintaining service standards and compliance across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: AS Degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store crew in absence of management, assigning and following up on tasks.
• Perform opening and closing procedures when management is away.
• Resolve customer service issues in representative capacity for management.
• Complete mandatory and regulatory training programs.
