Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a shift-based supervisor to lead the team when store management is unavailable and to carry out the responsibilities of a Customer Experience Advocate. The role includes opening/closing tasks, directing crew activities, and resolving customer issues, with mandatory regulatory training completed timely.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, with AS degree preferred, and 2+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma (or currently enrolled) or GED.
• Preferred: AS Degree or Higher.
• Experience: Preferred: 2 or more years previous experience in related position.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory leadership in the absence of store management on a shift basis.
• Fulfill all duties listed for a Customer Experience Advocate.
• May carry out opening and closing procedures in the absences of store management.
• May supervise store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities, in the absence of store management.
• May represent management in resolving customer service issues.
• Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
