Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks a store supervisor to provide leadership in the absence of store management and to oversee opening and closing procedures. The role includes supervising the crew, directing activities, and resolving customer service issues in coordination with management.

The candidate will complete all mandatory training programs and may take on other duties as assigned, with preferred qualifications including an AS degree or higher and 2+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma (or currently enrolled) or GED.
• Preferred: AS Degree or Higher.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory leadership in the absence of store management.
• Open/close procedures in absence of store management.
• Supervise store crew by directing and following up on activities in absence of management.
• Represent management in resolving customer service issues.
• Complete mandatory and regulatory training programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
