Job summary

Krystal Restaurants LLC in Knoxville is seeking a confident Shift Leader to support the store management team and uphold the Brand Vision, Mission and Promise. You will help oversee daily operations, ensure product preparation, customer service, facilities maintenance and financial accountability.

This role emphasizes developing A+ talent, coaching staff, and driving performance in People, Customer, Sales and Profit while leading by example and maintaining Krystal’s standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Servsafe certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred with one or more years restaurant experience.
• Systems & Software - proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
• May travel to other locations as business dictates.

Responsibilities

• Support store management in daily operations and staff training.
• Resolve customer issues and uphold service standards.
• Assist in executing marketing initiatives and restaurant plans.
• Manage cash, security, inventory, labor, and food control during shifts.
• Adhere to food safety standards and company policies.
