Krystal Restaurants LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily operations and help drive the Brand Vision and Promise. You will work with the management team to ensure adherence to standards in product preparation, service, facilities, and financial accountability, while coaching A+ talent for results.

The role emphasizes people development, customer service excellence, and operational efficiency, with opportunities to influence sales and profit through strong leadership and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• ServSafe certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred with one or more years restaurant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, overnights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Krystal Core Values while training, retaining and recognizing A+ talent.
• Support the management team with Performance Management processes for employee success.
• Drive customer-focused culture and train staff to meet or exceed service standards.
• Oversee cash handling, inventory, labor and food control procedures during shifts.
• Ensure food safety through direct observation and adherence to procedures.
