Job summary

Krystal Restaurants LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to support store operations and leadership at a Krystal restaurant. You will help manage daily tasks, train and coach A+ talent, and ensure high standards in customer service and product quality.

Responsibilities include maintaining food safety, supervising team members, and assisting with cash and inventory controls. A Servsafe certification and a flexible schedule are required, with opportunities for growth within the brand.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Servsafe certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred with one or more years restaurant experience.
• Systems & Software - proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, overnights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Krystal Core Values and coach A+ talent using Krystal tools and processes.
• Partner with management to execute Performance Management for staff.
• Drive a customer-focused culture and train employees to meet service standards.
• Coach shifts to follow operational procedures and use company systems.
• Ensure food safety standards through direct observation during shifts.
• Execute cash/security, inventory, labor, and food control procedures.
