Krystal Restaurants LLC is seeking an entry- to mid-level Shift Leader to support daily operations at a Clarksville, TN restaurant. You will model Krystal’s core values, assist management, ensure food safety, customer service, and financial accountability.

This role focuses on training and coaching A+ talent, maintaining standards, and contributing to People, Customer, Sales and Profit goals while flexible scheduling and potential travel within locations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• ServSafe certification required.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred with 1+ years restaurant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, overnights and weekends.
• Occasional travel to other locations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Krystal Core Values while building high performing employees.
• Partner with management to execute the Performance Management process.
• Drive customer-focused culture and train employees to meet service standards.
• Coach and hold shift teams accountable for core procedures and food safety.
• Support restaurant-level plans and marketing initiatives.
• Execute cash/security, inventory, labor and food control procedures; identify gaps.
