Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Krystal Core Values while assisting management in training, coaching and recognizing A+ talent.
• Partners with management to execute the Performance Management process for employee success.
• Drive customer-focused culture by resolving issues and training staff to meet service standards.
• Coaches and ensures core operational procedures are followed, using Krystal systems.
• Ensures food safety standards are met through direct observation during shifts.
• Executes cash, security, inventory, labor and food control procedures during shifts.
