Job summary

Dunkin' in New Jersey is seeking a Shift Leader to coach restaurant team members during your shift, ensuring fast, friendly service and adherence to Brand standards. You will assign tasks, monitor execution, and drive daily operational goals while supporting the Restaurant Manager.

You will lead by example, manage cash handling, assist with food preparation, train new staff, and maintain safety and quality across the shift to deliver a great guest experience in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• HS Diploma or GED preferred
• Fluent in spoken and written English or the local language in which you serve

Responsibilities

• Coach restaurant team members as needed to ensure brand standards and guest experience.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to maintain smooth workflow.
• Support the Training of restaurant team members as needed.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Ensure food safety standards and cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Handle customer complaints and emergencies and resolve issues quickly.
• Communicate shift priorities and results to the team and prepare the next Shift Leader.
