Job summary

Dunkin in New York is seeking a Shift Leader to coach team members, execute Brand standards, and deliver great guest service during each shift.

You will set shift goals, assign tasks, monitor food safety, manage inventory, handle guest concerns, and support the Restaurant Manager to meet daily objectives. The role requires initiative, reliability, and strong communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English or the local language.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach restaurant team members as needed throughout a shift providing timely, constructive and clear feedback.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.
• Manage cash over/short during shift and ensure adherence to policies.
• Monitor attendance and punctuality; ensure food safety standards are met.
• Provide great guest service and handle complaints or emergencies when they arise.
