Dunkin' is seeking a Shift Leader to coach and motivate the restaurant team during each shift, ensuring brand standards and guest service excellence. You will support the manager, assign tasks, and help drive operational targets while maintaining safety and accuracy in cash handling.

The role emphasizes leadership in a fast-paced environment, with responsibilities for shift planning, food and beverage prep, and managing guest experiences from start to finish.

Qualificações

• Must have leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality.
• Experience managing daily store operations including opening/closing and deposits.
• Fluent in spoken and written English or local language.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilidades

• Coach restaurant team members to execute Brand standards and great guest service.
• Support Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals and execution.
• Ensure Brand standards are met during shift including food and beverage prep.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results to team members.
• Complete shift deployment plans to ensure positions are adequately staffed.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to ensure smooth workflow.
• Oversee franchisee safety, security and profitability policies during shift.
• Communicate with the next Shift Leader to prepare them for shift.
• Manage cash over/short during shift and ensure cash handling policies are followed.
• Monitor attendance and punctuality and adherence to policies.
• Handle customer complaints and emergencies to maintain restaurant reputation.
