Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Team Members during shifts and ensure operational standards are met. You will assist with goals, assign tasks, and motivate staff to uphold Dunkin' guest service and food safety standards.

Responsibilities include managing shift priorities, training teammates, handling cash, and maintaining inventory while delivering excellent guest experiences. Prior leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of restaurant Team Members.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals and execution.
• Ensure Dunkin’ standards are met throughout shift including preparation of food and beverages.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results to Team Members.
• Coach Team Members as needed throughout a shift providing timely, constructive and clear feedback.
• Support the training of Team Members as needed.
• Communicate clearly with the next Shift Leader to help prepare him/her for shift.
• Ensure Food Safety standards are met.
• Manage Inventory throughout the shift.
• Provide great guest service and coaches team members to do the same.
• Manage cash over/short during shift and ensures restaurant team members are following cash franchisee management policies.
