Dunkin’ is seeking a Shift Leader to coach team members, uphold Brand standards, and deliver excellent guest service during shifts. You will set goals, assign tasks, and motivate with timely feedback.

Responsibilities include supporting the Restaurant Manager, maintaining food safety, managing inventory, and handling customer issues to protect the restaurant's reputation. Previous leadership in retail or hospitality is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Proven ability to manage daily store operations.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Aufgaben

• Perform responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Support Restaurant Manager in meeting goals and execution.
• Ensure Brand standards are met during shift, including food/beverage prep.
• Communicate shift priorities and results to team.
• Complete shift deployment plans to ensure coverage.
• Coach team members with timely, constructive feedback.
• Delegate tasks for smooth workflow and resource use.
• Help train restaurant team members as needed.
• Oversee safety, security and profitability policies during shift.
• Communicate with next Shift Leader to prepare them for shift.
• Ensure food safety standards are met.
• Manage inventory during the shift.
• Provide great guest service and coach others to do the same.
• Handle customer complaints and emergencies, resolve issues quickly.
