Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Coach team members during shifts to meet brand standards.
• Delegate tasks and manage shift deployment.
• Support Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals.
• Handle customer complaints and maintain positive guest relations.
• Ensure food safety standards are met.
• Manage cash over/short and adhere to franchise policies.
• Monitor attendance and punctuality.
• Provide timely feedback to staff.
