2nd & Charles in Jacksonville is seeking a Keyholder to step into store leadership, operating as a limited Manager On Duty under the direction of the management team. You will lead your category team, protect the buy-sell-trade experience, and ensure daily operations run smoothly while delivering exceptional service.

You'll train Associates, manage loss prevention, and drive sales through strong product knowledge and customer focus, building the skills to grow into broader leadership roles

Qualificações

18 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous supervisor experience
Successful completion of all required background screenings

Responsabilidades

Step up and lead the shift as a limited Manager On Duty
Own your category's results by leading your category team
Be a reliable, security-minded key-holding manager maintaining store safety
Train and develop Associates within your category
Lead cross-training to cover store needs
Conduct daily briefings to align goals and plans
