Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a supervisor role.
• Successful completion of required background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift as a limited Manager On Duty in partnership with the management team.
• Own your category's results by leading your category team to stronger sales and service.
• Maintain store security and follow loss prevention standards with integrity.
• Train and develop Associates within your category to grow leadership skills.
• Lead daily briefings and communicate goals and plans to the team.
