Books-A-Million is seeking a Keyholder for our 2nd & Charles store in Jacksonville. You will lead shifts as a limited Manager On Duty, supervise your category team, and help protect the buy-sell-trade experience customers count on.

This leadership role offers growth opportunities within the store and organization. You will be responsible for store security, training associates, and daily briefings, while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining store operations and buyback

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills.
• Experience in a supervisor role or leading a team.
• Background screenings required and successful completion of checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift as a limited Manager On Duty and ensure store runs to standard.
• Own the category results and drive sales and service across the section.
• Maintain store security, open/close procedures, and loss prevention standards.
