Job summary

LPT RETAIL MANAGEMENT SERVICES LLC is seeking a Store Manager responsible for overseeing daily operations at the Jacksonville location. The role reports to the District Manager and requires maintaining cash, inventory and expense controls, producing end-of-day reports, and ensuring proper staffing and customer service.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to train the assistant manager for coverage during days off.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper controls on cash, inventory and expenses.
• Complete end-of-day reports by noon on Monday and by midnight other days.
• Make bank deposits daily by the established deadline.
• Hire, train and schedule employees to meet customer needs.
• Coach and direct store staff and train the assistant manager for coverage.
