Zax LLC, the Zaxbys franchise partner, is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee the product, process, and people on a shift. You’ll train, coach, and motivate team members, respond to guest concerns, and ensure standards for service, food safety, and cleanliness are met.

In this role you will open and close duties, delegate tasks, manage inventory, and collaborate with the management team to hit daily goals while maintaining a positive, high‑performing culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Part‑time: Availability to work 9 to 28 hours per week
• Full‑time: Availability to work 32 to 40 hours per week
• Demonstrates leadership qualities and ability to interact cooperatively with others.
• Follows company standards and local laws with regards to employee time punches.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Technological savvy; knowledge of required company software and tools.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team during shifts to meet goals.
• Ensure service, food quality, and cleanliness standards are met.
• Respond to guest concerns in a friendly and respectful manner.
