Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader for a Taco Bell franchise location. You will support the Restaurant General Manager by running smooth, self-sufficient shifts and take ownership of problems, guiding team members to deliver great guest service.

The role requires 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, basic computer skills, and a commitment to safety and reliability. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills with analytical/decision-making ability
• Able to walk and lift up to 50 lbs. and stand 80% of shift
• Background checks are required for management staff
• Must have reliable transportation
