Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Shift Leader for our Taco Bell franchise. You will support the RGM by running shifts, solving problems, and guiding team members.

This is a full-time, on-site role with benefits and a focus on leadership within a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, basic math skills, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill
• Background checks are run on all management employees
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Run great shifts in a self-sufficient manner and take ownership to solve problems.
• Provide guidance and support to team members; help others when appropriate.
• Support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to ensure smooth operations during shifts
