Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure program execution.
• Answer telephone according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub transfers, and store-to-store orders promptly.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and accurately.
• Process returns and exchanges with correct refunds and proper merchandising.
• Ensure invoicing of all merchandise before it leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Adhere to posted schedules, obtain approvals for changes, and clock in/out per policy.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and secure money, deposits, and building.
