Qualifications

• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels and staff execution.
• Process buy online/ship to store orders efficiently.
• Manage retail customer returns and exchanges accurately.
• Perform store opening/closing duties as required.

Strong communication skills

Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
