O'Reilly Auto Parts in Lithonia, GA is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support store leadership in sales, customer service, and store operations, with shift-management duties when managers are absent.

The role emphasizes leading teams to deliver excellent service to retail and professional customers, handling store processes, returns, invoicing, and security duties, while encouraging bilingual candidates.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service.
• Supervise showroom customer service programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot).
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders; contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently per procedure.
• Ensure returns are processed, refunds issued correctly, and merchandise staged properly.
• Invoicing of all merchandise, core charges, and warranties before leaving the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Oversee opening/closing duties, day-end procedures, and security measures.
• All other duties as assigned.
