Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Shift Leader for a full-time role in Texas. You’ll lead a fast-paced team, assist with daily operations, and ensure customer satisfaction while promoting a positive work environment.

Paid training and growth opportunities accompany a starting pay of $15–$17 per hour plus biweekly tips. No prior car wash experience is required as training is provided and performance bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Leadership, retail, hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Comfortable outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active.
• Evenings and weekends availability.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Dependable, motivated and customer-focused.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team understands and completes responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.

What You’ll Do (Fast-Paced & Active Role)

What We’re Looking For
