Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations during shifts, lead a diverse team, and ensure 5-star customer service. This role emphasizes leadership, training, and adherence to company standards to drive performance.

You will act as MIC when on duty, manage customer satisfaction, and support the restaurant's financial goals while maintaining professional standards and clear communication with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6 months to 1 year of restaurant experience with proven leadership across all shifts.
• Must pass SERVSAFE Certification Course and Exam.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass Criminal Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service and ensure customer satisfaction is a top priority.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members; verify duties are completed on time and appearance standards.
• Train and develop individuals aiming for leadership roles; provide constructive feedback.
• Serve as Manager-in-Charge (MIC) and ensure adherence to policies and standards.
• Assist leadership with achieving restaurant financial goals.
• Keep upper management informed about issues at the restaurant.
