Job summary

WhiteWater Express in Crowley, AR is seeking a Shift Leader (Full-time) to drive the shift, support a team, and grow your career. Starting pay is $17–$19 per hour plus biweekly tips.

We train you, promote from within, and offer bonuses. No experience required for training; outdoor, active role with diverse responsibilities.

You’ll lead daily operations, ensure safety, deliver great customer service, and help customers choose wash packages.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
• Leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stay active
• Evenings and weekends available
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Dependable, motivated and customer-focused
• Must pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and oversee the team
• Ensure team understands and completes responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships
• Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs

What You’ll Do (Fast-Paced & Active Role)

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns

This is not a desk job. You’ll be on your feet, leading the team, supporting customers, and helping the operation run smoothly throughout the shift.

What We’re Looking For
