Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a Shift Leader to drive the shift, support a team, and grow your career.

Starting pay is $15–$17/hour plus biweekly tips, with paid training, and opportunities to advance into management as you grow with the company.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old required.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during shift.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Dependable, motivated and customer-focused.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.

What You’ll Do (Fast-Paced & Active Role)

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight

What We’re Looking For
