WhiteWater Express Car Wash in Conroe, TX is seeking a Shift Leader (Full-time) to drive daily operations and lead a friendly team. The role emphasizes fast-paced service, safety, and top customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and supervise the team.

What You’ll Do (Fast-Paced & Active Role)

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight

What We’re Looking For

• 18+ years old

• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• Available evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
