Job summary

Dunkin’ is seeking energetic Shift Leaders to guide daily operations at our stores. You’ll lead by example, coach crew members, and ensure guests receive outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or retail
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure the store stays clean, safe, and welcoming by upholding all Food Safety, Brand, and Network standards

• Lead by example and support your team in delivering top-notch guest service
• Keep operations running smoothly - prepping food, managing inventory, or handling cash

What You Bring to the Table:

• Previous experience in food service or retail (leadership experience is a plus!)
