Job summary

Dunkin’ is seeking Shift Leaders to be the go-to person on shift, leading by example and delivering top-notch guest service. You’ll help prep food, manage inventory, handle cash, and coach crew members to be their best.

Join a team focused on clean, safe, and welcoming stores, while stepping in for the manager when needed and supporting key decisions. Flexible hours and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or retail; leadership is a plus.
• Positive attitude and strong communication.
• Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends and holidays.
• Team-first mindset and passion for great coffee and customer service.
