Job summary

Dunkin’ in Missouri is seeking a Shift Leader to act as the go-to person on your shift, leading the team and delivering great guest service. You’ll help keep operations smooth, train crew, and uphold standards across food safety and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or retail (leadership experience is a plus!).
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
