Job summary

Dunkin' is hiring a Shift Leader in Birmingham, AL. You will be the go-to person on your shift, guiding the team to deliver excellent guest service while keeping operations running smoothly.

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends and holidays.

• Keep operations running smoothly including food prep and inventory management.
• Train and coach crew members to perform at their best.
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and brand standards are upheld.
• Step in for the manager when needed and help with key decisions.

What You’ll Do:

As a Shift Leader, you’ll be the go-to person during your shift, helping to:

• Lead by example and support your team in delivering top-notch guest service
• Keep operations running smoothly - prepping food, managing inventory, or handling cash
• Train and coach crew members to be their best
• Ensure the store stays clean, safe, and welcoming by upholding all Food Safety, Brand, and Network standards
• Step in for the manager when needed, help make key decisions

What You Bring to the Table:

• Previous experience in food service or retail (leadership experience is a plus!)
• A positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
• A team-first mindset and a passion for great coffee and customer service
