Dunkin' & Baskin Robbins | Clifton, NJ is seeking a Shift Leader to be the go-to person on shift, delivering top-notch guest service and supporting the team.

You’ll lead operations, train crew, manage inventory, and handle cash while upholding Food Safety and brand standards. Flexibility for mornings, weekends, and holidays is required to keep the store running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or retail (leadership experience is a plus!)
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends and holidays
• Team-first mindset and passion for great coffee and customer service
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

Responsibilities
