Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts in the United States is hiring a Shift Leader to energize the team during your shift, deliver warm, efficient guest service, and help drive store performance. You’ll lead by example, support teammates, handle prep, inventory and cash, train and coach crew members, and ensure the store stays clean and welcoming.

A positive attitude, strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, weekends and holidays, are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or retail (leadership experience is a plus!)
• A positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
• A team-first mindset and a passion for great coffee and customer service

Responsibilities
