Dunkin’ Donuts in Kansas City, MO is seeking a proactive Shift Leader to energize the team and delivering top guest service. You’ll lead by example, train crew, manage daily operations, and step in for the manager when needed.

Ideal candidates bring prior food service or retail experience, strong communication, and a passion for great coffee. Flexible hours, weekends and holidays required, with opportunities to grow into management roles.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in food service or retail (leadership experience is a plus!)
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
