We are looking for a Shift Leader!

Our Shift Leaders are like the cream cheese on the bagel. The bagel is delicious on its own, but the cream cheese adds a lot of flavor and helps hold it all together!

What’s a day in the life of a Shift Leader?

Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to help motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience. They are empowered to set the morale and tone of the team, provide feedback, and coach team members when needed. They open and close the store with little supervision. Our teams take pride in ensuring the quality of the food and beverages we serve and maintaining a safe and clean environment. As a Shift Leader, you will have the opportunity to grow your career—many of our General Managers started as Shift Leaders and Team Members! What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to work varied hours, including early mornings (as early as 3am) and weekends
• Ability to pass background check as required by law
• Possession or ability to acquire a ServSafe Certification before leadership training completion
• Valid driver’s license preferred but only required at specific locations, and meet driving qualifications as per company policy
