We are opening our newest Insomnia Cookies store in San Antonio, TX this Spring and are seeking Shift Leaders to join our opening team!

Store Details

Location: San Antonio, TX (Roadrunner), 6010 UTSA Boulevard, building 1, San Antonio, TX 78249

Role Overview

As a Shift Leader, you will be the captain of our bakery during your shift, responsible for predicting business flow, leading the team, and ensuring a fun and productive environment. Your duties include building orders, suggestive selling, baking, customer interaction, and team management.

Responsibilities

1. Provide excellent customer service and quality products
2. Support store operations, communicate effectively, monitor efficiency, and coach team members
3. Delegate tasks related to baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning
4. Work alongside the Cookie Crew
5. Maintain a safe, clean environment and adhere to food safety standards
6. Manage cash handling and deposits
