What's a day in the life of a Shift Leader?

Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They set the morale and tone of the team, provide feedback, and coach team members. They open and close the store with little supervision, ensuring quality food and beverage service and maintaining a safe, clean environment. Many of our General Managers started as Shift Leaders and Team Members! If you love making mornings special for people, we'd love to hear from you.

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Availability for varied hours, including early mornings and weekends
• Ability to pass background check
• Possession or ability to acquire ServSafe Certification before leadership training completion
• Valid driver's license preferred but only required at specific locations
