Compensation: $12.80 / hour + an incredible tip share program. Our Restaurant Shift Supervisors average almost $4/hour in tips!

Summary

As part of our Restaurants Leadership team, Shift Supervisors direct the Squad Crew to deliver amazing pizzas and salads with style and personalization. You set the example of what it means to serve and to create a place where everyone can experience personalized pizza.

You will lead the making of pizzas for various customer preferences, from veggie lovers to meat enthusiasts and plant-based pioneers. Together, we’re creating an experience where pizza is personal, and everyone belongs.

Key Responsibilities

• Be an example of MOD values and behaviors, demonstrating a service mindset through effective leadership
• Help create a MOD vibe that meets customer expectations
• Coach Shift Supervisors to maintain high energy and a positive shift environment
• Train and coach the Squad in all operational methods
• Maintain knowledge of operational standards and resources
• Partner with the General Manager to engage the community

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience
• Proven success in leading, coaching, training, and motivating front-line employees
• Strategic thinking with tactical execution skills
• Ability to stay calm and focused during busy operations
• Must be at least 18 years old
