At Einstein Bros. Bagels, we have been baking fresh bagels daily since 1995, spreading joy and happiness through our food. We value work-life balance, with stores closing at 2pm, so our team can enjoy personal time. We are seeking a motivated individual to grow into a General Manager role.

Role Overview:

The District Shift Leader performs management duties at a primary location and supports other bakeries in the market. This role involves traveling, leadership, coaching, and operational responsibilities, serving as a stepping stone to a General Manager position.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Lead by example during early morning shifts, starting as early as 3am.
• Support store operations, ensure food quality, and maintain a safe environment.
• Provide coaching and training to team members.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as inventory, vendor relations, and cash handling.
• Learn skills in P&L analysis, food cost, labor targets, scheduling, and recruiting.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to work varied hours, including early mornings and weekends.
• Must pass background check and have a valid driver’s license.
• Complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification during the development plan if not already certified.

Additional Information:
