Job summary

OKD Management dba Dunkin' & Baskin Robbins in Norman, OK is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise daily operations on a shift-by-shift basis and to assist management with team support and coaching, ensuring tasks are performed efficiently and guest needs are met.

You will lead by example, maintain food safety standards, and promote outstanding guest service with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Fluently speak/read English.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Passion for results by building teams.
• Ability to follow all food handling procedures and sanitation practices.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.
• Stand for long periods, bend, lift, and reach over head.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.

Requirements

• You are able to fluently speak/read English
• You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred
• Passion for results by building teams
• Ability to follow all food handling procedures and sanitation practices.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds at a time
• Must be able to stand for long periods, bend, lift, and reach over your head
• You know what it takes to be in the smile‑making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
