Job summary

Dunkin' franchisee OKD Management dba Dunkin' & Baskin Robbins is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise daily operations and support the management team on a shift-by-shift basis. You will coach team members and help ensure tasks are performed efficiently and in compliance with standards.

Ideal candidates may have restaurant or retail supervisory experience and a passion for results in a fast-paced environment. Flexible scheduling with both full-time and part-time opportunities is available.

Qualifications

• You must be able to read and speak English fluently.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and follow Dunkin' procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations on a shift-by-shift basis.
• Assist management with team member support and coaching.
• Ensure tasks are performed efficiently and with quality.

WINNIN’

• You are able to fluently speak/read english
• You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred
• Passion for results by building teams
• Ability to follow all food handling procedures and sanitation practices.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds at a time
• Must be able to stand for long periods, bend, lift, and reach over your head
• You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
