OKD Management dba Dunkin' & Baskin Robbins is looking for a Shift Leader in Midwest City, Oklahoma. In this role, you will supervise shift operations while supporting and coaching team members to ensure effective performance. Ideal candidates should possess team-building skills and a passion for guest service.

WINNIN’

• You are able to fluently speak/read english
• You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred
• Passion for results by building teams
• Ability to follow all food handling procedures and sanitation practices.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds at a timeMust be able to stand for long periods, bend, lift, and reach over your head
• You know what it takes to be in the smile‑making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
