OKD Management dba Dunkin' & Baskin Robbins is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise daily operations on a shift-by-shift basis and support management in coaching team members for effective task completion.

We welcome individuals with restaurant or retail supervisory experience, a passion for results, and strong time management and guest service skills. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervision or shift leadership in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to excellent guest service and teamwork.
• Ability to follow food handling procedures and sanitation practices.

As a Shift Leader, you will supervise operations on a shift-by-shift basis. You will also assist the management team in providing team member support and coaching to ensure tasks are performed effectively, helping America Run on Dunkin’.

WINNIN’

• You are able to fluently speak/read english
• You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred
• Passion for results by building teams
• Ability to follow all food handling procedures and sanitation practices.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds at a time
• Must be able to stand for long periods, bend, lift, and reach over your head
• You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
