Job summary

Dunkin' in Del City, OK is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise daily operations on a shift-by-shift basis. You will support the management team with coaching, training, and guest-service excellence while ensuring tasks are performed efficiently.

You bring strong team-building and time-management skills, fluency in English, and the stamina to stand for long periods. Prior restaurant or retail supervisory experience is preferred; all backgrounds are welcome here.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required for communication with guests and team members.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles preferred.
• Ability to follow all food handling procedures and sanitation practices.
