Job summary

Workstream is seeking Shift Leaders to join our Dunkin' team in Vermont. You will coach Crew Members, set goals, assign tasks and provide timely feedback to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

You will uphold Brand standards, train staff, resolve guest issues, and help drive sales while maintaining a safe, clean workplace. Prior supervisory experience and basic computer skills are preferred. This role requires excellent English and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
• Math and writing skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• At least 18 years of age (where applicable).
• High School diploma or equivalent, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach Crew Members to execute Brand standards and deliver a great guest experience.
• Set shift priorities, assign tasks, and provide timely feedback.
• Support training of crew members as requested.
• Create and maintain a guest-first culture and resolve guest issues.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes, and safety/sanitation guidelines are followed.

• Manage cash over/short during shift and ensure products meet Brand standards.
