Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts Franchisee is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis and provide coaching to team members. You will support the management team in delivering fast, friendly service and maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Preferably, you have previous management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality.
