Job summary

Dunkin' is hiring a Shift Leader in Murray, KY to guide a fast-paced team and ensure top-notch guest service. You’ll act as the go-to person during your shift, lead by example, and help maintain a welcoming store environment.

Your role includes prepping food, managing inventory, handling cash, coaching crew, and stepping in for the manager when needed. A positive attitude and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or retail leadership is preferred.
• Strong communication and a positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Willing to work flexible hours including mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on shift to deliver guest service.
• Keep operations running smoothly: prep, inventory, cash handling.

What You’ll Do:

As a Shift Leader, you’ll be the go-to person during your shift, helping to:

• Lead by example and support your team in delivering top-notch guest service

• Keep operations running smoothly - prepping food, managing inventory, or handling cash

• Train and coach crew members to be their best

• Ensure the store stays clean, safe, and welcoming by upholding all Food Safety, Brand, and Network standards

• Step in for the manager when needed, help make key decisions

What You Bring to the Table:

• Previous experience in food service or retail (leadership experience is a plus!)

• A positive attitude and strong communication skills

• Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays

• A team-first mindset and a passion for great coffee and customer service
