Job summary

Dunkin’ is hiring a Shift Leader in Massachusetts to guide daily operations and energize the team. You’ll model excellent guest service, supervise crew during shifts, and ensure fast, friendly service in a busy Dunkin’ location.

You’ll handle food prep, inventory, cash handling, and training while upholding food safety and brand standards. This role rewards leadership, teamwork, and a passion for coffee and guest delight, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or retail, leadership a plus.
• Positive attitude and clear communication.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including mornings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and support the team in delivering guest service.
• Keep operations running smoothly: food prep, inventory, and cash handling.

• Step in for the manager when needed and assist with key decisions.

What You’ll Do:

As a Shift Leader, you’ll be the go-to person during your shift, helping to:

• Lead by example and support your team in delivering top-notch guest service
• Keep operations running smoothly - prepping food, managing inventory, or handling cash
• Train and coach crew members to be their best
• Ensure the store stays clean, safe, and welcoming by upholding all Food Safety, Brand, and Network standards
• Step in for the manager when needed, help make key decisions

What You Bring to the Table:

• Previous experience in food service or retail (leadership experience is a plus!)
• A positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
